First Month vs. Recurring
Online Training:
When you enroll in our Online Training program, you will receive a comprehensive workout plan for up to 10 days, updated biweekly. This plan includes detailed instructional videos to ensure proper exercise execution. Weekly check-ins, conducted via text or video chat, are required to monitor your progress, make necessary adjustments, and provide overall mental support. The program includes both home and gym workouts.
Virtual Training:
Our Virtual Training program provides a workout plan for up to 10 days, updated every two weeks. Unlike Online Training, Virtual Training includes three one-hour face-to-face training sessions each week. During these sessions, I will work out alongside you, offering motivation and support. Additionally, these sessions can serve as a time for mental relaxation and conversation. You will also receive recipes for healthy, delicious, and affordable meals to incorporate into your diet.
In-Person Training:
By booking In-Person Training, you will engage in 3-5 training sessions per week, tailored to your schedule. I will be present during each workout to guide and support you. The cost includes travel expenses, allowing me to meet you at your preferred location. You will receive recipes for healthy, delicious, and affordable meals to enhance your diet. If I am unable to attend a gym session, I will provide a detailed workout outline with video descriptions. Additionally, you will have unlimited access to contact me for support. This package covers your gym membership fees.
Drop-In Session:
If you are unsure about committing to a program, you can book a one-hour Drop-In Session. The first session is offered at a discounted rate. This session does not include gym membership, workout plans, or meal replacements.
